The quarterly fees are $250 and are due on 1 Jan, 1 April, 1 July, and 1 Oct. Dues in 2025 were approximately $1000 a year and cover the association management, grounds keeping, and maintenance of the roads and drainage system.

You can pay through the homeowner portal for a small fee, or you can mail a check to:

The Architectural Committee reviews homeowners’ modification requests by using the rules set forth in the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) found in the Declaration. Any improvements made must be aesthetically pleasing. They should maintain or enhance the value of the home

Farms
Big HOA items:
- Speed Limit is 20mph
- No parking on your grass and no permanent parking on the street
- No pets at the pool
- After garbage pick-up, pull your waste bins from the street and place out of view
- Management company checks regularly to ensure standards are maintained. If they are not, you will get a violation notice in the mail. Fix the violation early and no worries.
House maintenace:
- Termites swarm in April-May. Keep putside lights off because it attracks them, and make sure there are no water sources for them to survive on.
- It gets HOT here, the A/C can freeze up and shut down. Change your A/C airfilter every month and add vingar to the drainpipe. Contact your HVAC team if you are not sure.
