SUBJECT: Signage added along Whitetail
BLUF: Vote by proxy to keep the 4-way stops on Whitetail and raise the speedlimit from 15 to 20 mph in Preserve at Deer Run community.
BACKGROUND: The signs were not properly voted on IAW with our CC&Rs and they were added to our traffice flow. In order for them to be added to our engineering diagram held at the county, we need to vote on them.
This proxy is for us to vote on adopting the four-way stop signs into our traffic engineering plan, which will be needed if we decide to turn the streets from Private to Public. The 4-way stops are also school bus stops, and without the stop signs, children have been in danger of getting hit on several occasions while waiting on the bus.
There is also the speed limit change from 15 to 20.
RECOMMENDATION: We need the votes to make a change or not. Just fill in your name on the proxy, go to the middle of the sheet, add your vote, and sign it. Take a picture and email it to homeland “[email protected]”
