NOTICES FROM THE COMPLIANCE TEAM

Homeowners will be given the opportunity to correct a violation through a series of up to three letters; (1) Courtesy Notice, (2) Notice Reminder, and (3) Hearing Invitation. However, this format may not be followed for all violations as some require immediate action (i.e. health and safety, environmental, architectural).

Ready to transform your outdoor space?

Please note that as outlined in the Declaration of CC&Rs all exterior modifications to your property, including landscaping modifications, require prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). You can learn more about this process and download the required application from the Architectural Review Committee page of this website.

How to report a CC&R violation

Although our community has inspectors to enforce the rules and regulations, we ask that all residents help keep Deer Run beautiful by reporting violations. If you observed a property in violation of the CC&Rs you can report the violation by sending an email to [email protected] with the address of the violator and discription of violation.

Homeowners Association (HOA) committees are formed by the board of directors to assist with specific tasks and provide recommendations. They typically don’t have final decision-making power, except for certain committees like the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). HOA committees are crucial for efficient management, allowing the board to delegate tasks and engage community members.
