Homeowner Association Assessment Fees of $250 are due on the 1st of every quater.  You pay through the Homeowner portal.

ARC

An architectural committee, also known as an Architectural Review Committee (ARC), is responsible for enforcing the community’s architectural standards. 

Please note that as outlined in the Declaration of CC&Rs all exterior modifications to your property, including landscaping modifications, require prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

HOA Board Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 by Zoom.

A Homeowners Association (HOA) board of directors is responsible for managing the community, enforcing rules, managing finances, and maintaining common areas.

Key Responsibilities of an HOA Board:
  • Governance: Overseeing the association’s operations, including setting policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Managing the HOA’s budget, collecting assessments, and overseeing financial transactions.
  • Rule Enforcement: Enforcing covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) to maintain community standards.
  • Maintenance of Common Areas: Overseeing the upkeep of common areas like parks, pools, and landscaping.
  • Communication: Keeping residents informed about community matters, changes, and events.
  • Conflict Resolution: Acting as mediators in disputes between residents or between residents and the association.
  • Community Planning: Planning and implementing community events and activities.
