Welcome to Preserve at Deer Run! A peaceful community that backs up to a nature preserve.
Deer Run features quiet living that is only a short walk to a Community Pool and Clubhouse. It is a  short commute to the Navy Federal campus and the I-10 interstate exit 5.

We are a diverse group, coming from various countries, religions, and political backgrounds. We are committed to respecting and embracing our differences.

Board of Directors

A Homeowners Association (HOA) board of directors is responsible for managing the community, enforcing rules, managing finances, and maintaining common areas.

Committee Overview

HOA forms various committees to extend its communication reach into the community, leverage the talent and knowledge of the community, and take the opportunity to hear a diversity of opinions within the community.

You must submit an ARC request to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval before making scructrual changes to your lot. The CC&R  and the ByLaws for Deer Run are the governing documents that outline what is allowed and required.
